Great experience with Brian’s North End Automotive. I brought my Accord in with a blown head gasket, and they were honest, helpful, and did a great job on the repair. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were easy to work with throughout the process. It’s really hard to find an honest and trustworthy auto shop, especially after having some bad experiences with other places. I’m really glad I found Brian’s, and I’ll always recommend them to friends and family. They’re definitely my go-to shop!

There are no words to describe what a valuable resource Brian’s Auto is to Burlington and the Old North End. We moved to the neighborhood after getting a medical diagnosis that required us to buy a van with a lift. Three different employees there, including Brian, have helped with different issues surrounding the van and have done so quickly and professionally. It is clear the team work together in a caring and competent way and we are extremely grateful for what they have done for us. Thank you and please stay awesome.

Looked for a mechanic that could be relied on coming into town. The owner answers the phone and tells you what he can and can’t do. Got new car registered quickly and on the road. Nice walk to the Lake if waiting.

Brian and his team are hands-down the most honest, helpful, and professional mechanics I've ever met! Last summer, I found myself in a really difficult situation with my car, and Brian took time out of his very busy day to explain things clearly and sort through my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely so kind when I needed it most. He helped make an awful situation feel manageable. This isn't a turn-and-burn auto shop, these are mechanics that truly care about their community. I would trust Brian and his team with my life... and I do! I know that any work done by his team is quality work. They are a true gem of Burlington (and beyond), we are all so lucky to have them here. If you're looking for a mechanic, look no further!
